During the course of his meal, Ibn Sirin said to the woman: “Tell me your dream.” The woman said: “I saw the moon merging in Alcyone.” (The brightest star of the constellation Taurus, arb. Thurayya. When he asked her to relate it she said: “Not until you have finished your meal”. After having had his meal, she said; “I saw the moon entering the planet Taurus and a voice from behind me said to me: Go to Ibn Sirin and relate to him your dream!. Incident – The two pearls Dream Explanation<\/span> \u2014 A woman came to Imam Ibn Sirin and said: “I saw two pearls in my lap in a dream. One was bigger than the other. Then my sister came and asked me to give her one of them, so I gave her the smaller pearl.” Imam Ibn Sirin replied: ‘You spoke the truth. You have learned two chapters from the Holy Qur’an. Incident – The Hidden Walnuts Dream Explanation<\/span> \u2014 A woman said to Imam Ibn Sirin: “I saw my daughter in a dream after she had died. I asked her: ‘Tell me what is the best of deeds?’ She replied: ‘The walnuts, the walnuts, you must take it out, and distribute it among the poor and the needy, Oh my mother.’ ” Imam Ibn Sirin replied: “If you have hidden a treasure in your house, then dig it out, and give poor people their share .” The woman said: ‘You spoke the truth. Wind Dream Explanation<\/span> \u2014 If the wind is not accompanied with a good witness or a cheering<\/b> element in the dream, then it means cessation of blessings for that land. If the wind is accompanied with a stridulous or a shrill sound in the dream, it means a severe punishment for that place. City Dream Explanation<\/span> \u2014 (Knowledge; Town; Village) Entering a city in a dream means appeasement of one’s fears. Ibn Sirin use to prefer entering the city in a dream rather than leaving it. A city in a dream also represents a learned person, a wise man and a scholar. If one enters a city and finds it in ruins in his dream, it means that the learned people of that city no longer live there. It is said that seeing a city in a dream means the death of its ruler or an unjust governor from that place. Seeing a city being built in a dream signifies the growing number of its learned people and represents children<\/b> who will continue the path of their fathers.
